You must have full AWE vetting already in place, hold a valid CSCS Black or Gold Card and SMSTS, and have previous experience working with or for Balfour Beatty or another principal contractor. The Role Manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, labour and site activities. Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality and programme delivery. Oversee joinery or washroom installation works. Coordinate with the principal contractor and wider project team to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.The Person Valid CSCS Black or Gold Card and SMSTS.
