We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major data centre project in Belgium This is a role for someone who is commercially switched-on, ambitious and hungry to make an impact. You’ll be working alongside a strong Commercial Lead (No1). You will take ownership over sub-contract packages , letting of contracts and EOT's. We want someone who: Is proactive and commercially aware, what's the cost implication ....always Has the confidence to challenge, negotiate and make decisions Is driven by results and career progression Can build relationships w Wants to work on major, high-value projects Brings energy, ambition and a “get it done” mindset Yes, Data centre experience is a bonus but NOT EVERYTHING.
