Moving and Handling Practical Training Certificates 2. DBS in Uodater Service Requirements: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members Ability to provide compassionate care and support to individuals. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Support the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
