Full job description (from employer)⌄

The Brochure Studio creates bespoke, publication-quality area guides and promotional brochures for UK estate agencies, managing everything from design through to print and delivery. For the estate agent, the proposition is refreshingly simple, they receive a professionally produced, branded brochure at zero cost to their business. That removes one of the biggest barriers to opening a sales conversation, there is nothing for the agency to buy! The brochures are funded through advertising from complementary local businesses that want to reach people actively buying, selling and moving home, including solicitors, mortgage brokers, conveyancers, surveyors and trusted local trades and services. The Brochure Studio is now looking for experienced B2B Sales Agents across the UK to develop this model within their own territories. You’ll establish relationships with estate agencies, onboard them for their free brochures and then develop the commercial opportunity by selling advertising packages to relevant businesses in the surrounding area. The opportunity is particularly suited to agents who already call on estate agents, property businesses or local SMEs. If you currently represent signage, print, prop-tech or other complementary business services The Brochure Studio provides a natural additional proposition to introduce to your existing network. Experienced B2B sales professionals with a strong background in cold calling, appointment setting, advertising, media sales or local business development will also see the potential in this opportunity. Agents earn 30% commission on every advertising placement sold, with typical advertising packages ranging from £500 to £2,500+ As you establish relationships with more estate agencies, each publication creates a new opportunity to build a network of local advertisers and generate further commission. The opportunity is UK-wide and best suited to self-motivated sales professionals who can manage their own pipeline, maintain consistent activity and develop strong relationships with estate agents and local businesses. For experienced Sales Agents, this represents an opportunity to develop a distinctive proposition within the estate agency sector, combining an attractive introduction to prospective agency partners with significant commission potential from a broad and accessible local advertising market. This is a commission-only position and Field Sales Agents must have a driving licence and a vehicle
