Office and site based, Commutable distance from Birmingham Perm Vacancy - Immediate starts available To £65k My client has an immediate need for an experienced QS to join their rapidly expanding team within the Midlands, Main office is located in Central Birmingham with sites located around the Midlands and UK. Suitable candidates will have a main base at Birmingham but will also need to have the flexibility to travel to other sites. My client is a main building contractor who is rapidly expanding within the UK and is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, Suitable candidates will have an excellent understanding of groundworks packages along with final accounts, managing project to budget etc. and previous experience of working on Industrial shed buildings This will ideally suit a candidate with 5-10 years proven experience, someone who is flexible on location of work and has previous experience of being site and office based, they will report into the regional Commercial Manager and will be providing support to an Assistant QS Although initially a permanent position my client may consider anyone looking for a freelance position.
