Senior Project Manager – Building Services | Bolton / Manchester | UK-Wide Site Travel £45,000–£55,000 per year, depending on experience Full-Time | Permanent Do you have experience managing building services projects from planning to handover? Are you confident managing clients, teams, budgets and deadlines on site? The role Cosaf Environments Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Building Services to join our Industrial Department. You will manage commercial and industrial projects across the UK, from planning and purchasing through to installation, commissioning and handover. Projects include ductwork, pipework, HVAC, AHUs, insulation, ventilation and mechanical services. Based in Bolton, with regular UK site travel. Hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible working considered. Key Responsibilities As Senior Project Manager – Building Services, you will: Manage project budgets, labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor costs. Coordinate programmes from pre-start through to completion. Oversee projects both on site and from Cosaf HQ. Lead engineers, site operatives and subcontractors. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors and site teams. Attend site meetings and project reviews. Prepare RAMS, site documentation and project correspondence. Monitor progress, quality, costs, risks and deadlines. Manage variations, snagging and handover requirements. Support CDM requirements where applicable.
