Senior Project Manager - Berkshire I’m currently supporting a well-established and growing construction business who are looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to their team. ◆ £1M - £15M project values ◆ Healthcare, commercial, refurbishment & specialist projects ◆ All projects located within approximately 90 minutes of Berkshire ◆ Berkshire | Oxfordshire | Banbury | Parts of London | Ealing | Portsmouth ◆ Strong level of repeat and negotiated business ◆ Supportive, close-knit working environment ◆ Excellent opportunity for continued career development as the business grows The ideal candidate will have: → 10+ years' experience within the construction industry → A proven background managing projects from pre-construction through to completion → The ability to successfully oversee 1-2 projects simultaneously → Strong experience working with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers → Experience with tenders, procurement and pre-construction planning → A good commercial understanding across programme, costs and project risk → The confidence to manage client relationships and senior stakeholders 💰 £80,000 - £90,000 + Package The company has developed a strong reputation within the market, with repeat business forming a significant part of their workload, and has ambitious plans for further growth
