Full job description (from employer)⌄

A new client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Project Manager for an upcoming scheme in Bristol. Your new company are a Social Housing specialist, who offer a broad range of services that include Building Safety, Capital Works, Maintenance, and Retrofit to name a few. They are a subsidiary or a larger group that is one of the most established UK main contractors. This role is in relation to an £18M Cladding & Remediation project, consisting of 4 high rise blocks, commencing 4th January 2027. Whilst working in this role, you will oversee 2 of the blocks, reporting into a roaming Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Construction and Cladding, whilst holding certification that includes SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid. Additional qualification such as Asbestos Awareness, Scaffold, and Temporary Works would be desirable. Moving forward, my client are looking to set up a regional business in Bristol, so from their perspective, this is a long term situation and not aimed at delivering an individual project.
