Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 16-week fit out project in Bristol, conveniently located close to the hospital. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong main contractor and fit out background, who is confident managing subcontractors, coordinating trades and ensuring projects are delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site. Coordinate subcontractors and site trades. Manage the fit out programme and daily site activities. Ensure works are completed to the required quality standards. Review drawings, specifications and RAMS. Monitor health and safety across the project. Manage deliveries, site logistics and materials. Liaise with the Project Manager, client and subcontractors. Conduct site inspections and ensure snagging is managed through to completion. Maintain accurate site records and documentation. Attend progress and coordination meetings where required. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit out projects. Main contractor background preferred. SMSTS – essential. CSCS – essential. First Aid – essential. Strong understanding of construction health and safety. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades. Good communication and organisational skills.
