Take on a temporary Electrician role offering £27 per hour, carrying out EICRs and repairs in Cardiff. This is a great opportunity to join an established housing association delivering projects across domestic properties. You’ll be completing electrical testing and repairs in tenanted and void properties. The role will initially be temporary, with the potential for ongoing work depending on quality, reliability and workload. I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician within domestic properties or housing environments. As an Electrician, you will be: Working across tenanted and void domestic properties EICRs Repairs and maintenance Completing certificates and paperwork I’d love to speak to anyone who has: Previous domestic testing experience AM2 18th edition 2391 inspection and testing (or equivalent) The role is offering: £27 per hour 55p per mile Weekly CIS pay Initial temporary work with the potential to continue Consistent domestic work Location & travel This Electrician role covers Cardiff. You’ll need to be comfortable travelling between different housing projects depending on where work is required.
