Site Manager – Live School Projects Location: Stoke-on-Trent – covering 13 schools Start date: Monday 19 October Contract: Principal Contractor Buildforce Solutions are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee fire door installations and associated finishing works across 13 live school sites in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors, coordinating works across the schools, maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring all work is completed to programme and to a high standard. Shift pattern: From 19 October: 7:30am–4:30pm From 24 October: 7:00am–7:00pm After 1 November: 4:00pm–12:00am Requirements: Valid Enhanced DBS Previous Site Management experience Experience working within live school or occupied environments Fire door installation and finishing experience preferred Strong health and safety awareness SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid To apply, please send your CV or contact Buildforce Solutions for further information
