Site Manager - Dublin About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established construction contractor delivering high-quality projects across Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with proven experience in hotel conversions, hotel new builds, and residential new build developments. Key Responsibilities As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties will include: Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site teams Overseeing daily site operations Ensuring works are completed in line with programme requirements Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control Coordinating multiple trades and workstreams Working closely with Project Managers, consultants, and the wider construction team Monitoring project progress and reporting on site performance Experience Required The successful candidate will have experience delivering: Hotel conversions and refurbishments Hotel new build projects Residential new build developments Large-scale construction projects Projects involving multiple subcontractors and trades Projects delivered to strict programme and budget requirements Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry Strong background in hotel and/or residential construction Excellent organisational and communication skills Demonstrable subcontractor and site management experience Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Relevant construction qualification preferred What's on Offer?
