Location: Windsor Duration: Several Months Start: Immediate Sector: Commercial Fit-Out Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a pub fit-out project in Windsor. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors, trades and deliveries while ensuring the project is delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day site operations and workforce. Coordinate subcontractors, trades and deliveries. Oversee internal fit-out, refurbishment and finishing works. Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and programme. Monitor quality, progress and site productivity. Complete site inspections and maintain relevant documentation. Lead site inductions, briefings and toolbox talks. Ensure strong health & safety standards are maintained. Liaise with the Project Manager, client and wider project team. Manage snagging and support the project through to completion. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects. SMSTS – essential. CSCS – essential. First Aid – essential. Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management procedures. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
