Site Manager - Industrial & Logistics Location: Northampton We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading organisation delivering major industrial and logistics projects. This is a senior-level opportunity for an established Site Manager with a strong background in delivering complex construction projects and the confidence to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of major industrial and logistics schemes, managing all aspects of project delivery while working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: delivery of major industrial and logistics projects Managing project programmes, budgets, risks and resources Coordinating consultants, contractors and project stakeholders Overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion Managing project reporting and governance Driving programme, cost, quality and safety performance Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities Providing leadership to project teams and ensuring effective communication across all parties About You We are looking for a Site Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally within industrial, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing or similar sectors.
