GUILDFORD | £35,500–£45,000 BASIC | £41,200–£50,000 OTE (UNCAPPED) | MONDAY–FRIDAY | NO WEEKENDS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED VEHICLE TECHNICIAN Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established and reputable dealership in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified technician looking to join a professional and supportive workshop team, offering an excellent basic salary, an easily achievable uncapped bonus scheme and a great work-life balance with no weekend working. With competitive salary packages available depending on experience and accreditation, this is an excellent opportunity for technicians looking to take the next step in their career. THE PACKAGE: Vehicle Technician: £35,500 basic + £41,200 OTE (uncapped). Accredited Service Technician: £41,000 basic + £45,000 OTE (uncapped). Accredited Senior Technician: £45,000 basic + £50,000 OTE (uncapped). Uncapped bonus scheme with easily achievable OTE figures. Monday–Friday working hours. 40-hour working week, with shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm. No weekend working. Excellent opportunities for further training and career progression. THE ROLE: Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, identifying effective repair solutions. Complete vehicle health checks and identify any additional work required. Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards. Maintain accurate records of all work carried out. Work closely with the workshop team to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency. Deliver consistently high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Previous experience working within a main dealership environment. Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills. Manufacturer accreditation advantageous but not essential. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team. A professional, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
