The school is focused on providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where children are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and academic abilities. The school is looking to take on a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from November 2026, supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 / KS2. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to support classroom learning, deliver small group interventions, provide individual support where required and help pupils develop their literacy, numeracy and social skills.
