As a Sales Manager, do you have a track record of selling converting machinery into the corrugated and carton packaging markets? If your answer was yes, this a superb opportunity to work for a very well established British supplier of converting machinery who are an employee owned trust and as such it is a great pace to work! BASIC SALARY: up to £75,000 BENEFITS: · Generous Commission Scheme (on margin) to earn circa £20,000 · Choice of Hybrid Company Car · 8% Employer Pension Contribution LOCATION: This is a field sales role, based from home - you will be covering the whole of the UK (85% of time) and Europe (15% of time), so a central UK location would be ideal - or close to major UK airport COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, London, Cambridge, Nottingham JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Manager, Product Sales Manager, Converting Sales Specialist, Technical Sales Manager - converting machinery, corrugated, carton, packaging A classic Product Sales Manager role where you will be responsible for selling the companies complete range of converting machinery systems into the corrugated packaging and carton markets across the whole UK and then into Europe too. Your first year focus will be on the UK, managing and developing existing accounts with a very realistic and historically achievable target. In year two you will be expected to spend 15% of your time developing new business in Europe - spending 1 week every 2 months abroad. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Manager, Product Sales Manager, Converting Sales Specialist, Technical Sales Manager - converting machinery, corrugated, carton, packaging · You MUST have a proven track record of selling converting machinery to the corrugated and carton markets. · You will ideally have a technical print background and any relevant print qualifications would be advantageous.
