Location: Leicester Pay: £15.50–£17.50 per hour Job Type: Permanent, full-time Hours: Monday to Friday, The Role – CNC Router We are recruiting an experienced CNC Router to join an established specialist manufacturer in Leicester, producing bespoke joinery for luxury hotels and high-end hospitality interiors. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Router with experience operating 3-axis or 5-axis CNC routers within woodworking, joinery or interior manufacturing. CNC Router– Key Responsibilities ✓ Set up and operate 3-axis or 5-axis CNC routers to manufacture high-quality joinery components. ✓ Load and unload materials, ensuring machines operate efficiently. ✓ Select appropriate tooling and adjust machine settings to suit different materials and machining requirements. ✓ Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications. ✓ Inspect finished components to ensure accuracy, quality and dimensional tolerances are met. ✓ Identify and report machine or production issues. ✓ Work closely with the production team to meet manufacturing deadlines and maintain quality standards. ✓ Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace. CNC Setter/Operator – Requirements ✓ Previous experience setting and operating 3-axis or 5-axis CNC routers. ✓ Experience in woodworking, bespoke joinery or interior manufacturing is desirable. ✓ Understanding of tooling, machine setup and machining processes. ✓ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. ✓ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. ✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
