Build Space is currently on the hunt for an experienced Estimator for one of our top clients — a highly regarded, delivery-focused Main Contractor with a strong track record across Industrial & Logistics, Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Student Accommodation and Mixed-Use construction. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business that genuinely takes pride in how it delivers — the quality of their work is second to none. As Estimator you will be working on: Large distribution centre and big box I&L projects Sports & Leisure schemes for Premier League football clubs Commercial, Residential & Mixed Use developmentsWhat we're looking for: An experienced Estimator with a strong Main Contractor background A solid grounding in I&L, Commercial, Residential or Sports & Leisure sectors Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, tender submissions and pricing from first principles Strong knowledge of subcontract procurement, package analysis and value engineering Someone commercially astute who can work independently and as part of an established pre-construction teamThe detail: Freelance: £400–£450 per day Permanent: £65,000–£85,000 per annum Salary/rate dependent on experience Both freelance and permanent candidates will be considered Hybrid working available depending on project requirementsThis role is RED HOT 🔥 Want to know more?
