Check delivered materials against purchase orders and delivery notes, reporting discrepancies or damaged goods. Work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams to ensure materials are available when needed. Ensure all materials are stored correctly and in accordance with relevant health and safety requirements. Maintain accurate documentation, including delivery notes, stock records, and goods received notes. Assist with cost control by monitoring stock usage, reducing waste, and preventing unnecessary purchases. Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations at all times.
