We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Roofer for a permanent role with a well-established contractor delivering social housing maintenance services. The Role: Working across occupied social housing properties, you will carry out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring homes remain safe, secure, and weatherproof. Key Responsibilities: Reactive and planned roofing repairs Diagnosing and resolving leaks and roofing issues Working on pitched and flat roofing systems Gutter, fascia, and soffit maintenance Ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards Providing a professional and respectful service to tenants What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a roofer Experience within social housing (preferred but not essential) Ability to work independently and efficiently Full UK driving licence Strong work ethic and attention to detail What’s on Offer: Permanent, full-time role Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Company van and fuel card This is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing company with a strong pipeline of work in the social housing sector.
