They’re expanding their engineering team and looking for a Senior .NET Developer to play a key role in building and improving scalable applications. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, architects, Product and QA teams, with genuine opportunities to contribute to technical decisions and development best practices. The engineering team follows modern development practices, with a strong focus on clean architecture, microservices, cloud technologies, DevOps and continuous improvement. The role You’ll build and maintain scalable backend applications using C#, .NET Core and modern cloud technologies, working as part of a collaborative engineering team. What we’re looking for Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB and Redis Knowledge of REST APIs and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or MassTransit Experience with Azure, Docker and Kubernetes Understanding of CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Terraform and Git Experience working within an Agile / Scrum environment Strong communication and mentoring skills What’s on offer Up to £75,000 Hybrid working from a St Helens office Opportunity to work with modern .NET, Azure and microservices Genuine influence over technical direction Collaborative engineering environment Opportunity to mentor and support other developers If you’re a Backend .NET Developer looking for a hands-on role working with modern technology and genuine technical ownership, I’d love to hear from you
