General Labourer Agency: Search Consultancy Location: Benton, Newcastle upon Tyne Search Consultancy is looking for reliable, hard-working General Labourers to join an active construction project in Benton. We are partnering with an established regional main contractor requiring dependable site support operatives for ongoing commercial and residential works. If you have a valid CSCS card, full PPE, and a strong work ethic, we have immediate starts available. The Role Site Clearance & Maintenance: Keeping work bays, access routes, and welfare facilities clean, safe, and free from hazards. Material Handling: Assisting with unloading deliveries, moving building materials across site, and stocking up trades. Trade Assistance: Assisting skilled tradespeople on site as required during various phases of build. Health & Safety: Adhering strictly to site safety rules, wearing full PPE, and reporting any hazards to site management. Requirements CSCS Card: Valid CSCS Green Card (General Operative). Experience: Previous experience working as a labourer on construction or civils sites. PPE: Full 5-point PPE (hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, steel toe-cap boots, gloves, and safety glasses). Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and physically fit for manual site duties. Right to Work: Must have a valid right to work in the UK. Why Work With Search?
