HSE Recruitment are working with a growing energy company who are looking for a Regional HSE Advisor to cover the East Midlands and for a limited time, the North East of the UK. As a Regional HSE Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the safe and compliant delivery of projects, engineering services, construction activities and operational works across an assigned regional portfolio. Working closely with operational teams, contractors, customers and key stakeholders, you will help ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are effectively implemented and maintained across multiple sites and workstreams, identify any areas of concern and work with the sites to fix them. This is a highly operational role, with a significant proportion of time spent carrying out site visits, inspections, audits, coaching and stakeholder engagement activities across your region. As such we are looking for someone who is happy to be out visiting sites on average 3 days a week. You will be part of a centralised HSE function providing strategic leadership, regional support and operational assurance across our Solar & Construction and Energy Solutions & Engineering portfolios. Working as part of a collaborative national HSE team, you will support the continual improvement of HSE performance and help ensure safe and successful project delivery across the UK. What we are looking for: Minimum NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) level qualification. 2-3 years practical Health and Safety experience in a regional or multi-site role. Experience within a range of construction or electrical projects (within energy or solar would be beneficial) or consultancies. Someone proactive, organised, self-motivated and able to work alone. Engaging, personable and influential. Able to be assertive. The salary and package includes £(phone number removed) DOE, company car and 10% bonus. If you feel your experience aligns with what we are looking for, please apply or get in touch to arrange a call (url removed)
