Location: North Hampshire | Project Value: £5m–£15m The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join an established, highly regarded contractor delivering exceptional, high-specification private residences across the South East. You’ll take the lead on prestigious prime residential projects with contract values ranging between £5m and £15m, overseeing all aspects of site delivery from programme and quality through to health and safety, subcontractor management, and overall project performance. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on, technically strong leader who takes pride in delivering complex, high-quality homes to exceptional standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and specialist trades to drive performance and productivity. Oversee construction programmes, logistics, sequencing, and resource planning. Maintain rigorous health and safety standards and quality control procedures. Monitor progress, manage variations and support commercial objectives. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Proactively identify risks and resolve technical or construction challenges. About You: Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager delivering high-value residential projects. Background in prime residential, bespoke homes or other high-specification construction. Strong technical knowledge and excellent leadership skills. Commercial awareness and experience managing programme and change. Proficiency in Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project or similar.
