Full job description (from employer)⌄
B2B Marketing Manager | SaaS Remote-first (Reading office a couple of days a month) | Permanent We're hiring on behalf of a growing SaaS platform for coaching businesses, with customers in more than 30 countries and most of its revenue from outside the UK. The founder has run marketing until now. This is their first dedicated marketing hire, and you'll take it over completely. The founder sets the company's direction. You turn it into a marketing plan and run it: the quarterly goals, the campaigns, the budget and the results, working directly with the founder and a small commercial team. What you'll do Own the marketing plan and quarterly goals, and report on what they deliver Run paid social (LinkedIn first) and email campaigns in HubSpot, including nurture sequences and deliverability Build a steady flow of qualified leads and well-targeted contact lists for the sales team Shape the brand and message across markets: content, customer stories, webinars and partnerships Use AI and automation tools to test more, move faster and keep quality high What we're looking for Ideally 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS, with a track record of running campaigns end to end You've owned marketing yourself, as the first or only marketer or the lead on a small team Hands-on with paid social and HubSpot (or similar), and you know your numbers: cost per lead, conversion, pipeline Confident working directly with a founder and turning direction into a plan A bonus if you've marketed to HR, L&D, coaching or training buyers, or across international markets Right to work in the UK (we can't offer sponsorship) If you want to own a company's marketing outright and see exactly what it delivers, we'd like to hear from you
