We are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants and Complex Care Support Workers to support clients in the Reading area. We have complex care opportunities available for reliable, compassionate carers who are confident supporting individuals with additional clinical and personal care needs. Experience in the following is desirable: PEG / Gastrostomy care Tracheostomy care Suctioning NIV / Ventilation Epilepsy and seizure management Medication support Moving & handling / hoisting Personal care Catheter care Pressure area care Complex physical or neurological needs You do not need experience in every clinical area. Package-specific training and competency assessments may be provided depending on the individual care package.
