This is a senior leadership opportunity for a retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume and commercially driven environment. You'll lead a large team, take ownership of the store P&L and drive sales, customer experience and operational performance. We're open to leaders from food, fashion, department stores and other high-volume retail environments. We're looking for strong leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to operate confidently at scale. The Role Lead and develop a large team and management structure. Own sales, profitability, productivity and key store KPIs. Drive operational standards and exceptional customer experience. Manage P&L, payroll and operational costs.
