We are particularly looking for QTS tutors with experience in: Primary education - supporting children across KS1 and KS2 with core subjects GCSE Core Subjects - particularly English, Maths and Science, supporting students working towards their GCSEs SEN - working with children and young people with a range of additional needs and helping them access education in a way that works for themMany of the students we support have struggled within mainstream education and may have additional learning needs or barriers to education. Tutors will therefore need to be able to build positive relationships, create a calm and supportive learning environment, and adapt their teaching to suit each individual student. We are looking for tutors who: Hold QTS Have experience working with vulnerable children and/or students with SEN Are confident delivering 1:1 tuition Can adapt lessons to suit individual needs and abilities Are patient, reliable and engaging Are passionate about helping students who have struggled in mainstream educationPay: £25-£30 per hour We are receiving a high volume of tuition roles across Reading and Berkshire, making this a great opportunity for QTS teachers looking for regular and rewarding 1:1 work.
