ROLE OVERVIEW Are you a seasoned Demand Planning professional looking to make a significant impact within a leading pharmaceutical organisation? This role as a Senior Demand Lead offers a unique chance to drive demand planning activities across complex product portfolios, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment across Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your duties as the Senior Demand Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1. Lead demand planning and forecasting activities across pharmaceutical product portfolios. 2. Drive and optimise the IBP and S&OP cycles, ensuring forecast accuracy and business alignment. 3. Develop and maintain both short- and long-term demand forecasts for vaccine and/or biologic portfolios. 4. Partner with commercial, supply chain, finance, and franchise teams to ensure robust demand planning processes.
