PRG are recruiting for two experienced Site Agents to join a specialist contractor delivering projects across the rail sector. We are looking for: Site Agent – Geotechnical Drilling Experience within geotechnical drilling, ground investigation or associated geotechnical works. Site Agent – Drainage & Earthworks Experience delivering drainage, earthworks, civils or associated infrastructure works. Both positions will involve working across sites throughout Southern England, South Wales and the South West, managing the successful delivery of works on site. Key Responsibilities Managing and supporting Site Supervisors Managing day-to-day site activities and delivery Completing and maintaining required site paperwork and records Managing client expectations and maintaining strong working relationships Planning labour, plant, materials and site resource requirements Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme Monitoring progress, quality and health & safety Liaising with clients, project teams and other stakeholders Resolving operational and site-related issues Experience Required Previous experience in a Site Agent, Site Manager or similar site delivery position is required. For the Geotechnical Drilling role, applicants should have relevant drilling, ground investigation or geotechnical experience. For the Drainage & Earthworks role, applicants should have a strong background in drainage, earthworks or associated civil engineering works. Previous rail-sector experience would be advantageous.
