Description This scheme involves the internal fit-out and redevelopment of an existing space, with significant cut-and-carve works. This will include removing sections of the existing concrete and aerated-concrete structure, stripping back the roof, installing new composite panels and a flat roof, and carrying out a full replacement of the M&E services and internal fit-out.The project is currently estimated value of around £10 million, potentially higher. They're looking for a Project Manager who has strong experience delivering complex cut-and-carve or refurbishment schemes, alongside good client-facing skills. You'll need to be comfortable managing a challenging project, coordinating the various trades and services, and working closely with the client, which is a local council. Salary/Package: £80,000, depending on experience, with some flexibility. Car allowance. Pension. Two healthcare scheme options. Discretionary bonus
