Full job description (from employer)⌄

I'm currently looking to speak with experienced Senior Project Managers for a major, long-term residential property upgrade programme. This is a high-profile role for someone who is a strong operational leader, capable of taking ownership of complex programmes and driving delivery across multiple years. The role involves managing a major client relationship, so senior stakeholder management, commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted client relationships are all critical. The programme is focused on traditional-build residential property upgrades and wider improvements to the existing housing stock, so experience delivering refurbishment, planned works, property improvement or similar residential upgrade programmes is particularly relevant. We're looking for someone who can: Lead delivery teams and drive operational performance across a sizeable programme Manage complex client and stakeholder relationships at senior level Understand the commercial side of delivery and make sound project/business decisions Take ownership of programme performance, risk, cost, quality and delivery Operate confidently in a long-term, client-facing environment Bring strong experience of residential refurbishment, upgrades or property improvement programmes Tier 1 contractor experience would be desirable, but the key requirement is genuine experience of leading substantial residential property improvement/upgrading programmes and managing demanding client relationships. If this sounds relevant to your background, I'd be keen to have a confidential conversation and share more detail on the programme and opportunity.
