New General Labourer position available at Randstad CPE (phone number removed) Job Title: Labourer Location: Southampton, Hampshire Start Date: 21/10/2026 Contract Duration: Ongoing (temporary contract) Pay Rate: £16.55 umbrella PAYE or £12.71 PAYE + £1.53 accrued holiday pay About the Role We are recruiting a reliable, hard-working General Site Labourer for an ongoing position on a construction site in Gosport starting immediately This role offers steady work with 8 paid hours per day and consistent weekly pay for a dependable local operative. Key Responsibilities Assisting site trades with daily manual handling and operational tasks. Offloading delivery vehicles and moving construction materials across site safely. Sweeping work zones, clearing construction debris, and maintaining site skips. Keeping walkways, stairwells, and access routes clear, safe, and hazard-free. Following site health and safety guidelines and wearing full PPE at all times. Requirements Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer card or above essential). Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis vest/jacket, hard hat, and safety gloves). Previous general site labouring experience. Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
