Support Worker – Disabilities & Complex Needs We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities and complex needs. The role will include: Supporting individuals with day-to-day activities Providing personal care where required Supporting independence and promoting choice Assisting with social and community activities Following individual care and support plans Providing emotional and practical support Maintaining accurate notes and records Working alongside other care professionals What we’re looking for: A caring, patient and positive approach Good communication skills Reliable and professional Previous care/support experience is preferred Relevant training and an enhanced DBS are desirable Various shifts available, including days, nights and weekends
