This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established residential contractor working directly with private clients on premium extensions and new build projects, typically up to £3-4m. You will be trusted to run projects end-to-end, with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week when needed. The company have a long track record in the construction sector and are known for delivering a high-quality service to discerning clients. Due to continued growth and an increasing pipeline of enquiries, they are now looking to add an experienced Project Manager to support the next stage of expansion and larger project delivery. In this role you will attend early-stage meetings with architects, develop budgets and pricing, support the planning journey, and then manage the full build programme through to handover. You will be the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, with regular travel across Dorset, Somerset and Devon (typically once per week).
