Paying an excellent rate of £17.00 per hour, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople and supervisors, assisting in delivering reactive repairs, void property clearances, and material distributions across occupied and unoccupied domestic properties in the Swindon area. Key Responsibilities: Site Support & Deliveries: Transport materials, tools, and equipment between regional supply hubs and live jobs across Swindon. Property Clearance & Prep Work: Assist with void property clearance, site strip-outs, and preparing domestic homes for trade operatives (plasterers, carpenters, plumbers). General Labouring Duties: Maintain tidy, safe working environments, load/unload delivery vehicles, and assist with general maintenance tasks.
