Reporting directly to the Project Director, the Senior Project Manager will take overall responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of a £200 million major infrastructure project, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures. The Role: Take full responsibility for successful project delivery, working collaboratively with the Project Leadership Team to ensure alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements and business goals. Act as the key interface with the client, site operations and external stakeholders, while overseeing subcontractor and supplier performance to ensure safe, efficient and compliant delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolve delivery challenges, maintain robust project controls and reporting, and drive KPI performance, accountability and continuous improvement. Required Experience: Extensive experience managing large-scale EPC projects, ideally within UK high-pressure infrastructure, heavy engineering, piping or process-led projects in regulated, safety-critical environments. Demonstrable success delivering high-value engineering and construction projects from inception through to completion, preferably within a Tier-1 main contractor environment. Strong understanding of project cost control, contract management, programme delivery and commercial performance, including experience with NEC or similar forms of contract. Proven experience managing site health and safety within complex EPC environments, with a strong understanding of statutory requirements and industry best practices.
