Contract: Freelance / Temporary Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a construction project in Yeovil for an initial two-week period. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring works progress in line with the project programme. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors. Monitor progress, workmanship and quality of works. Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed. Review RAMS and conduct site inspections. Coordinate labour, materials and deliveries. Maintain site records and provide progress updates. Ensure the site remains organised, safe and compliant throughout the cover period. Essential Requirements: Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction. Valid SMSTS. Valid CSCS card. In-date First Aid certificate. Strong communication, organisational and site management skills.
