It's a sales-driven role focused on business development, relationship-building and recruitment solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Generating new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach and face-to-face meetings. Building long-term client partnerships by understanding hiring challenges and identifying recruitment opportunities. Sourcing, attracting and interviewing candidates to build a strong construction talent pipeline. Agreeing commercial terms, fees and rates while managing client and candidate expectations. Coordinating placements, bookings and shift allocations for a seamless client and candidate experience. Maintain client and candidate relationships, deliver excellent service, and drive repeat business.What Are We Looking For? You don't need to be an expert from day one. Attitude, motivation and a willingness to learn matter most. We'd like to hear from you if you have: Experience in sales, business development or a target-driven environment - helpful, but not essential. A competitive, results-driven mindset and the ambition to exceed targets. Confident communication, rapport-building and relationship management skills. Resilience, determination and a positive approach to setbacks. A proactive approach, a strong work ethic and a drive to build a successful career.
